The Reconstruction Coordinator serves as the bridge between the customer and the reconstruction team. This role visits active contents and mitigation jobs to meet with customers, discuss their reconstruction (rebuild) options, and assess whether the project is a good fit for the company. The Reconstruction Coordinator does not sell or close reconstruction work -instead, they qualify customers, review the scope of potential jobs, and relay accurate customer and project information back to the team to move the customer into the next step of the process. Success in this role is measured by the quality of qualified opportunities passed forward and the strength of the customer relationship at handoff.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit active contents, packout, and mitigation job sites to meet with customers and discuss their reconstruction options.
Review and assess the scope of potential reconstruction work and accurately relay to project directors.
Qualify customers for the next step in the reconstruction process -acting as the bridge between mitigation and the reconstruction team rather than closing the sale.
Explain the reconstruction process at a high level so customers understand what to expect and feel confident moving forward.
Gather, document, and relay accurate customer information, project details, and scope notes to the reconstruction team for follow-up.
Build trust and rapport with customers so they feel comfortable continuing with the company through the rebuild phase.
Identify and flag strong reconstruction opportunities on active jobs and communicate them promptly to the team.
Coordinate with mitigation crews and Project Managers to ensure a smooth, well-documented handoff of qualified customers.
Maintain timely, accurate records of site visits, customer conversations, and qualified leads in the company CRM.
Represent the company professionally and uphold a high standard of customer service at every interaction.

Qualifications:
  • Customer service or customer-facing experience required; background in restoration, construction, or reconstruction strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain the reconstruction process in plain, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Strong judgment for assessing job scope and identifying good-fit opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple site visits independently.
  • Comfortable with field work, including accessing active job sites, attics, crawlspaces, and other inspection areas; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with tablets, phones, and basic software for documentation and CRM entry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Reliable vehicle required, mileage reimbursed
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
